The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has mandated a relocation of the inaugural Twenty20 International (T20I) between India and Bangladesh from its original venue in Dharamsala to Gwalior. This alteration, as communicated by the BCCI in an official press statement, arises due to extensive refurbishments and enhancements being undertaken by the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association within the dressing room facilities. The match, originally scheduled for October 6, 2024, will now be hosted at Gwalior.

In addition, the BCCI has enacted a venue exchange for the forthcoming fixtures against England.
